Store Associate for Biltema Café

About the Position

As a store associate in our café, you will take care of our customers in the café. You will work with sales, receive deliveries from various suppliers, ensure that the café is kept clean and fresh, attend to customers with a smile, and work together with colleagues in a fast-paced environment. The tasks will vary from day to day.

In addition to the specific tasks of the position, you will work with your colleagues in the daily operations of the store. Together, you will ensure that the store is always ready for sales and that all customers receive the best possible service.

For those who show initiative, there are good opportunities for extra work even during the autumn/winter.

About You

It is important that you are interested in working in a café. Since the workload can be high at times, you need to be stress-resistant, cheerful, proactive, and not afraid to bring your own ideas and initiatives.

We are looking for someone who is a pronounced service person and has the customer in focus. You enjoy a job where you are constantly faced with new challenges, and you are quick to learn and teach others. We seek someone who has previously worked in a café with relevant tasks. If you also value order and cleanliness, you will thrive with us.
